Our now third project within this family, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom reimagined home is just steps from the beach and across from the Del Mar Racetrack. I have worked with soooo many GC's and subs over the past 3 years and none of them have impressed me like the Green Room Design Build team. They're cheaper than the massive GC's yet have far more attention to detail and stay on top of the project with far more vigor than those I've dealt with in the past.
